Financial Services Act

Information note for customers

The Financial Services Act (FINSA) entered into force on 1 January 2020, with the aim of strengthening investor protection and creating comparable conditions of competition for all financial service providers. The FINSA provides for the implementation of a series of obligations, with transitional periods of up to 2 years from its entry into force.

SWAN Asset Management SA (hereinafter referred to as SWAN), as a financial intermediary subject to FINMA's prudential supervision, will implement the organizational measures within the time limits stipulated by the Act, by promptly updating its customers through its Internet website and/or with personalized communications.
